On June 18th, 2020, Bishop Burns issued a statement with a reminder that the obligation to attend Sunday Mass continues to be suspended and that pastors should determine whether Sunday Masses can resume in their parishes bound by the requirements laid out in the Phase Three Decree released on June 17, 2020.
