Job Description

St. Patrick Catholic Parish is located in the Lake Highlands area of Northeast Dallas. We are a diverse and welcoming Roman Catholic Community.
The Ministry Services Coordinator supports the Director of Life Stage Ministries and the team with ministry communication to families and parishioners. The position includes administrative task and other program support as needed so our parishioners and their families can grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Such duties consist:
Manage registrations for ministry and catechetical offerings.
Manage administrative tasks relating to sacramental preparation and record keeping in accordance with Diocesan Policy guidelines.
Collaborate with Parish office' Data base management.
Support the set up, supply gathering, administrative and final preparation tasks of regularly scheduled classes for elementary middle and high school and adult faith formation.
Support the Director of Evangelization in new parishioner outreach and prayer request support.
Event planning development, assistance and communication coordination to ensure major events are welcoming and inclusive
Office Administrative assistance to include answering phone calls, ordering needed supplies and other administrative tasks as necessary.

Job Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years college preferred.
Three years minimum administrative experience required
Some experience with a non-profit organization and/or event planning preferred.

Knowledge of, or the ability to learn how to use graphic design template tools such as Canva
Excellent capabilities with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams)
Knowledge of, or the ability to learn to use mass communication, website, social media and data base management tools (Flocknote, Constant Contact, eCatholic sites, etc.)
Posses a self starter work ethic and have strong organizational skills to handle/lead multiple projects and deadlines.
Thrive in a collaborative and creative environment
