Job Description

Full time position - responsible for maintaining the physical environment for all buildings, grounds and equipment for the parish and school building in support of the Clergy, Educators, Parishioners and Staff.

This individual ensure the Sacred Spaces and School facilities provide a holy, prayerful, well-maintained and safe environments. The technician is required to perform regular scheduled preventive maintenance on various electrical, plumbing, mechanical as well as necessary repairs. In addition, the technician performs a wide range of duties to support the parish ministries and school programs with set up, equipment needs as well as clean up as requested by the Parish/School Staff.

The facilities technician should be able to communicate and work with outside vendors and contractors as needed to maintain all the facilities and ministry needs.

Job Requirements

Have the ability to work with outside contractors
Be a team player and work well with co-workers and other staff
Must be able to perform routine maintenance and/or repair tasks
Be able to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to manage multiple project and work priorities.
Experience in a School and Parish environment, a plus
