Hours: Sat. 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. & Tues. 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Weekends/OT Required: Often
Education Required: HS Diploma
Catholic Required: Preferred
Bilingual Required: Preferred

Job Description

• Coordinate the opening and closing of the building
• Direct visitors to designated areas
• Inspect sacristy and address conditions needing attention
• In charge of setup in Mass Celebrations and any other special occasions
• Coordinate practices for Quinceañeras & Weddings
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Ability to successfully pass a background check, criminal history, and credit check
• Must complete Safe Environment training
• Must be self-motivated to manage responsibilities
• Ability to honor and maintain confidentiality
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to train and teach others, Commitment to the program
• Ability to work collaboratively with others
• Exceptional customer service skills
