Job Description

St. Patrick Parish is located in the Lake Highlands area of Northeast Dallas. We are a diverse community of around 2,500 parish families. The Little Lambs nursery is available for children ages 12 months/walking to 3 years. The hours currently are during the Sunday 10:00 Mass time but may be expanded to include other Sunday services as needs arise.
The caregiver is responsible for providing age-appropriate care which includes a safe environment, holding, or sitting with and cheerfully interacting with children through games, stories, play and prayer. The caregiver will manage parish approved procedures for checking children in and out of Little Lambs and notify parents of any emergencies immediately. The Caregiving will be responsible for documenting and communicating any events

Job Requirements

Experience in caring for children between the ages of 12 months to 3 years with the ability to adapt and interact with a variety of personalities.
At least 18 years of age
Satisfactory completion of background check and annual Diocesan Safe Environment training
Satisfactory completion of CPR training for infants and children.
Dependability is a must
